Before we initiate the refund process, we request you to kindly read and acknowledge the following important points:

To proceed with the refund, the student must read, understand, and agree to all the points mentioned below.


๐Ÿ”น Access Removal After Refund:

Once the refund is initiated, all access to courses, community groups, webinars, recordings, learning materials, and any other resources provided by Makemytrend will be permanently removed.


๐Ÿ”น Confidentiality Clause:

The refund process is private.

The student agrees not to share details about the refund, internal discussions, course content, community access, or any materials with third parties, social media platforms, forums, or competitors.


๐Ÿ”น Breach of Confidentiality:

If confidentiality is broken, the student will be required to return the five times more amount than the full refund amount immediately and will not regain any access to learning materials or resources.


๐Ÿ”น No Future Disputes Policy:

Once the refund is accepted and completed:

โœ… The student agrees not to raise any disputes, claims, or complaints against Makemytrend regarding the courses, services, or learning materials, in any platform or legal forum.


๐Ÿ”น Final and Complete Settlement:

The refund processed will be considered full and final settlement for all claims regarding the membership, course, or associated services.


๐Ÿ”น Non-Eligibility for Future Programs:

After a refund, the student will not be eligible to enroll in any future programs, courses, memberships, or communities of Makemytrend.


๐Ÿ”น Respect for Learning Ecosystem:

We believe that education is a two-way street of learning and growth. ๐Ÿ™

Maintaining respect for the platform, students, and educators is essential to preserving the spirit of learning.


๐Ÿ”น Exceptional Cases:
In rare circumstances, if a refund is considered and approved, the following terms will strictly apply:

  • Return of Gifts and Benefits:
    Any gifts, bonuses, or physical items provided as part of the enrollment must be returned by the student based on their current market value.
  • Non-Return of Gifts:
    If the gifts or items are not returned, the current value of the items will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Deduction of GST:
    The GST amount already paid to the Government will be deducted from the refund.
  • Usage Deductions:
    Charges for any facilities used till the date of refund request โ€” including access to courses, community groups, webinars, learning materials, and additional services โ€” will also be deducted from the refund.

๐Ÿ”น Timelines for Refund:

The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after all formalities are completed and acknowledgment is received.


๐Ÿ”น Acknowledgment Requirement:

By accepting the refund, the student confirms that:

โœ… They have carefully read and understood all the above points.

โœ… They voluntarily agree to the terms without any pressure.

โœ… They consider the refund process as the complete closure of the transaction.
