1. BINDING EFFECT

This agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“you”) and Makemytrend Education Solutions LLP, (“Makemytrend Freedom Hub,” “Company,” “we” or “us”). By using the site at www.makemytrend.com (the ‘Site’) or any information, materials, images, graphics, data, text, files, links, software, messages, communications, content, organization, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, HTML, XML, Java code and other content related to the Site (collectively ‘Content’) or services provided in connection with the Site (the ‘Service’), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as the Company may amend them from time to time in its sole discretion. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, the Company will not accept your entering into this Agreement, or purchasing or using the Site, the Content or the Service.

The website www.makemytrend.com is owned and operated by Makemytrend Education Solutions LLP.

The use of the information is entirely at the risk of the reader and it is his/her sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information.

makemytrend.com does not accept any liability arising out of use of the information/articles. No representations can be made that the recommendations contained herein will be profitable or that they will not result in losses.

2. REFUND POLICY / CANCELLATION

Thank you for buying our Training Programs or Memberships.

Makemytrend is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service.

Please note: Payment once made will not be refunded under any circumstances, after 3 days from the date of payment and can only be adjusted against any other program of the Institute, online or live, within one year from the date of payment.

This refund policy is relevant to programs only. Any subscription based products such as the Membership, promotional rates, Summit and/or event tickets are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time by contacting Customer Support via email at makemytrend.education@gmail.com or contact@makemytrend.com

Unless an online / offline Training Program gets cancelled by Makemytrend, in which case the full amount paid by the participants shall be refunded within 15 days through credit into their bank accounts as per the details specified by them.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. A complete statement of Company’s current privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) can be found clicking here . We are expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. When you are required to submit information to use or access the Site, Content or Service, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the form. You agree to the terms in Privacy Policy regarding the use of the information you submit.

If payment for a course is declined, our system will automatically disable access to our premium materials. (We understand. This usually happens because a credit card expires.) We want to help restore your access, so we’ll make every attempt to contact you to help resolve this issue. Once the billing issue is resolved, we’ll restore access.
